There is a rise in number of people dying in road accidents. One should check overspeeding and adopt precautions to avoid accidents,” he said after launching projects worth Rs 300 crores at his native village Saifai in Etawah.

Stating that the SP government has worked on health and education sectors, which are two major segments in context of development of a state and country, the CM said 500-bed hospitals would come up at Gorakhpur, Ghazipur and Jhansi. He assured the people of state that shortage of funds will not come in the way of health related projects.

“Now our rivals have gone bankrupt as far as issues are concerned. There are various examples which reflect good functioning of our police. All eyes in the country will be on UP in 2017 assembly elections,” he said. The chief minister further said that the super-specialty Regional Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (RIMS&R) was a dream of `Netaji’ (Mulayam Singh Yadav) and praised its doctors and other staff for making it famous.
“These days people are talking about Smart City, but soon a day will come when Saifai will be ranked first among the villages of the country. There is no comparison of Saifai with any other village,” he said.
