“Direct contact with people is essential for good governance. Samajwadi Party has always tried to make it happen.” ~ Akhilesh Yadav
E-Governance in any state or country leads to economic, social, and strategic productivity. It ensures prosperity, better opportunities, and a transparent government which helps in identification of administrative deficiencies.
To ensure transparency and accountability of government departments, Akhilesh Yadav government has launched Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS). The aim is to achieve the goal of good governance using latest technology, involving all stakeholders.
For this, DM and police chiefs have been asked to keep an eye on the complaints for ensuring speedy and transparent redress of grievances.
Exceptional Work in the Field of E-Governance
IGRS is an integrated system for Grievance Redressal in Uttar Pradesh to achieve better governance in the state. The portal for online integrated grievance redressal system is http://jansunwai.up.nic.in/.
